Do you ship to PO boxes?

Because PO Boxes are part of the US postal service and can be used only by it, UPS cannot deliver to them. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States. 


Will you ship one order to multiple addresses?

We are not offering shipping of one order to multiple addresses at this time. A separate order will need to be placed for each shipping address. 


How do I track my package?

You may track your package by logging in and viewing order details. 


Are you an authorized dealership?

Yes -– Rosenthal Automotive is a dealership group which owns 16 authorized dealerships in the Northern Virginia and Maryland area. We are authorized to sell Acura, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda Volvo and VW. Are the parts and accessories you sell genuine Acura, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda Volvo and VW?

99.9% of the parts and accessories on our site are genuine products from manufacturers. We clearly indicate in the product description if a product is not manufactured by the manufacturer.  


Can I come to your dealership to pick up my parts?

Yes, you can. Please place your order on our website and when the part is available, our Parts Managers will let you know. Ask for the Service/Parts counter when you arrive. For a full list of our dealerships and their addresses visit https://www.rosenthalauto.com


I live outside of the United States. Can you ship parts to me?

We can only ship parts to the United States, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Related to this, we can only accept credit cards issued by US banks. 


If I select 1-day or next day air shipping am I guaranteed to have the parts in that time?

UPS shipping times are “in transit” times. This time does not include the handling time if a part is not in stock and needs to be ordered. The shipping time frame starts when UPS picks up your package. If the timing of your product receipt is urgent, please call and we will tell you if the product is in stock.
